Andy is an inspiring and motivational speaker for all schools, students of all ages and supporting staff conferences and events. Andy, with hamazing energy, humour and passion tells his thrilling story of bouncing back from a near-death experience which left him paralysed from the neck down and overcoming huge adversity to achieving several world first challenges, appearances on television Emmerdale,  and the accolade of his MBE. Through his Keynote speech and associated Workshops Andy shares with students (and teachers) techniques to help adapt & achieve your goals and dreams. Helping students to face & overcome barriers and fears, including the pressure of approaching Transition’s to Secondary School in Year 6. Andy help students to identify and overcome their own barriers and aim without limits in their lives. His speech and videos through and engage the students including flying planes with head controls, climbing mountings and sailing, World record chin cycling, raising over half £1 million for charities in the world first challenges, making music with brain controlled instruments and achieving a million dreams all paralysed from the neck down. His story helps to embed life skills, understanding of diversity, adapt to technology and support excellent OFSTED results for schools.

Many of Andy’s clients gain specific support working alongside pupil premium students. And he is able to support learners with low self esteem, helping provide life skills and inspiration about how to become the best version of themselves and reach their true potential. Andy is considered an expert in working alongside and supporting students from challenging backgrounds and experiencing behavioural issues in a focused workshop environment.
